The heat transfer plate is the heat exchange element that plays a
major role in the heat exchanger .Generally, the corrugation is
made into a herringbone shape (of course,some manufacturers have
studied their own type),and according to the field medium,the
material of the heat transfer plate is also not the same,mostly
made of stainless steel and titanium.Usually, the plate is pressed
into various groove type or corrugated type by using a mold,which
can increase the rigidity of the plate,prevent deformation of the
plate when it is under pressure, enhance the turbulence of the
fluid, and enhance the heat exchange effect.
