M&C Plate Heat Exchanger services a wide variety of Tranter heat exchanger plates and gaskets in additional to other company models.

We have a comprehensive process to refurbish old Tranter heat exchanger plates, which includes plate cleaning and fluorescent penetrant testing to ensure the plates are free from any defects or pinholes. Once we've completed the cleaning and testing phase, we install new gaskets and return the plates.

In addition to refurbishing plates, we also manufacturer replacement plates that are adaptable to OEM. This enables us to quickly ship replacement plates to you to help minimize downtime.

M&C Plate Heat Exchanger Characteristics

• High efficiency and energy saving: The plate heat exchanger ‘s heat transfer coefficient in the 3000 ~ 4500 kcal/m/h is higher than tube heat exchanger’s 3 ~ 5 times.
• Compact structure: Plate heat exchanger plates are closely arranged, compared with other type heat exchanger, plate heat exchanger land area is less space, in the same heat transfer area, it was only about 1/5 of the tube and shell heat exchanger.
• Easy to disassemble and cleaning: Plate heat exchanger is installed through clamp bolts to fix all the plates and frames together. So it is very easy to take the complete unit apart, and cleaning, Then the plate transfer heat is faster and not easy to scale than others heat exchangers.
• Long service life: Generally plate heat exchanger is made of stainless steel and titanium material, resistant to most kinds of corrosive medium, gaskets can be changed any time, and it is very easy to install and maintain, so it is more popular in most of industries.

• No fluid mixed: There has a drain hole on the plate heat exchanger, so the mediums will not mixed in it, even leak, they will not mixed.
