Function
Plate heat exchanger is a heat continuous transmission from one
medium to another medium energy without increasing process of the
device. The basic concept of plate and frame type heat exchanger is
in thin corrugated metal plate on both sides of the two kinds of
liquid flows, so you can easily transfer heat between the two.
Structure
M&C plate heat exchanger is composed of a certain number of
gaskets, they fixed between the top bearing bar and lower guide
rod. Plate with fixed frame plates (head) and movable framework
(follower) the connection between the rod is compressed. Connect
the fluid through the framework into the plate heat exchanger and
distribution between the plates. Through board alternate between
channel flow control by place the gasket. These can be single line
and multiple lines arrangement, depends on the application.
PHE Gasket And Plate Material
High quality rubber gasket: the product surface is smooth, soft,
moderate hardness, elasticity, luster appearance is full,
telescopic ductility can be good, no flash, no odor or smell
partial light, the product can use commonly 3-5 years;
Inferior rubber gasket: product surface is rough, flash trim not
neat, after tensile resilience to poor, gloss dark, strong scent
and products normally only use a few months to a year, must be
replaced!
Quality of plate, plate material containing trace elements, the
characteristics of consequence of plate is inconsistent, the same
of the same material, but the plate of high and low nickel content
will cause the service life of the plate length. Good plate not
only depends on the plate of material, design and mold processing,
good a shape stamping mold, plate surface is smooth, no cracks;
Inferior plate: the surface of the difference is not obvious, but
the service life is short, corrosion resisting compression
performance is poorer, it is easy to produce cracks, caused by
plate in leak, cannot use, increase the cost.
