Sigma96 Structure
M&C plate heat exchanger is composed of a certain number of
gaskets, they fixed between the top bearing bar and lower guide
rod. Plate with fixed frame plates (head) and movable framework
(follower) the connection between the rod is compressed. Connect
the fluid through the framework into the plate heat exchanger and
distribution between the plates. Through board alternate between
channel flow control by place the gasket. These can be single line
and multiple lines arrangement, depends on the application.

Special design of double sealing gasket sealing pore structure and
signal, can ensure the sealing gasket is damaged, the medium from
the first line of the seal leak can through early detection signal
leakage problem to solve in time, will not result in a mixture of
two kinds of heat transfer medium, avoid and reduce the losses
caused by medium leakage.
Card button or buckle type to avoid glue sealing gaskets gasket
longer service life, change is more quick and convenient, greatly
reduce the maintenance cost and maintenance downtime. For sealing
gasket seal with fixed function separation, even if part of the
fixed function card button or buckle down, gasket can still play a
role of sealing in the gasket groove.
Roof type geometry appearance make the rubber gasket enhanced
ability to resist stress and vibration resistance, longer sealing
force, longer service life, reduced maintenance costs.
